Welcome to my website and blog! My name is Romy Worthington. I am passionate about raising awareness of neurodivergent conditions and chronic illnesses. My main focus tends to be on Tourette Syndrome, PANDAS/PANS, Lyme Disease – and occasionally, Autism.
I developed severe Tourette’s and OCD (related to PANS/PANDAS) at eight years old – though I had micro flares plus mild tics and OCD since the age of three. I started disability advocacy through social media at the age of twelve, and since then have published multiple books, presented webinars, and done public speaking (including a TEDx talk) to try and increase people’s understanding of these conditions.
